We guarantee that every live reptile will arrive alive and healthy. If your animal arrives deceased or shows signs of severe illness, we will refund or replace it – no questions asked.

What to Do on Delivery Day

1. Be present to accept the package. If you cannot be there, arrange for someone else to receive it.
2. Open the box immediately and inspect the reptile. If there is a problem, take clear photos and videos.
3. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery at info@celestialreptiles.com or call (313) 854-0990.

Conditions

The guarantee applies only to overnight‑shipped orders where the package was delivered on the first attempt. It does not cover delays caused by FedEx/UPS, extreme weather, or failure to receive the package on time. The guarantee is void if the animal is not inspected within 2 hours.

Health Guarantee

We offer a 7‑day health guarantee. If your reptile falls ill within 7 days, we will work with you to diagnose and treat the issue. In the rare event of death, we will replace the animal or issue store credit.
