Nationwide Overnight Shipping

All live reptile shipments within the USA are shipped overnight for next-day delivery. We use expedited live-animal shipping to keep transit time as short as possible and help ensure your reptile arrives safely and quickly.

We primarily use FedEx Priority Overnight and UPS Next Day Air. Other trusted private couriers may be used when necessary and for international shipments, depending on the destination, shipping requirements, weather conditions, and the needs of the animal.

Once your shipment is registered, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery and be prepared for your reptile’s arrival. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

International Shipping

Celestial Reptiles proudly ships to reptile enthusiasts around the globe. International shipments are coordinated according to the destination and applicable shipping requirements. Where required, appropriate CITES documentation is prepared, and we may use trusted private couriers and specialized transportation services when appropriate to help provide the safest and most suitable route for the animal. Delivery times vary by destination.

Packaging That Protects

Every reptile is individually bagged in a breathable reptile bag, then placed inside a thick‑walled insulated Styrofoam box with a 40‑hour heat or cold pack (seasonally adjusted). The box is sealed and clearly marked “Live Harmless Reptile” — our packaging has been tested in extreme temperatures and guarantees safe arrival when delivered on time.

Delivery Adapted to Your Availability

We know a safe delivery requires someone to be present. That’s why we adapt our shipping schedule to fit your availability. Whether you need a specific date, a short delay, or a weekend hold, we’ll coordinate with you to find the perfect delivery window. Just let us know your preferred day when placing your order, and we’ll make it happen — your reptile’s welfare is our top priority.

Delivery Day

We understand that someone may not be available every day to receive a live animal. Delivery arrangements can be made around your availability so your reptile is scheduled to arrive on a day when someone will be home to receive it.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your reptile is registered for shipment, allowing you to follow its journey and prepare for its arrival. Someone must be present to accept the reptile, and shipments are delivered directly to the residential address provided with your order.

Once your reptile arrives, please open the package promptly and inspect the animal. If there is an issue covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee, contact Celestial Reptiles within 72 hours of delivery.
