We ship live reptiles to every state in the continental US via FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday to guarantee safe, next‑day delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

International Shipping

Celestial Reptiles proudly ships to collectors and breeders around the globe. Every international order is packed with full CITES documentation where required, and we work closely with customs agents to ensure smooth clearance. Delivery times vary by destination, but we use the fastest available air‑freight couriers to minimise transit stress.

Packaging That Protects

Every reptile is individually bagged in a breathable reptile bag, then placed inside a thick‑walled insulated Styrofoam box with a 40‑hour heat or cold pack (seasonally adjusted). The box is sealed and clearly marked “Live Harmless Reptile” — our packaging has been tested in extreme temperatures and guarantees safe arrival when delivered on time.

Delivery Day

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility. Someone must be present to accept the parcel – we cannot deliver to a doorstep. Open the box immediately and inspect your new reptile; our live arrival guarantee requires you to contact us within 2 hours of delivery if there’s any issue.
