2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for an incorrectly priced item.
3. Live Animal Sales
Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final. We guarantee live arrival as outlined in our Live Arrival Guarantee. Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws regarding reptile ownership.
4. Shipping
We ship within the continental US only, via overnight delivery. Shipping is at the customer’s risk once the package is handed to the carrier, except as covered by our guarantee.
5. Returns and Refunds
Live reptiles cannot be returned. Non‑live goods may be returned within 30 days in unused condition; shipping costs are non‑refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Celestial Reptiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
